Charleston’s public transportation consists of a few different types of vehicles: Buses, trolleys and mini-buses. Most visitors will be interested with the trolleys, "DASH" buses, which run on three lines throughout the city. The standard buses can also be of great assistance if you need to get around beyond the peninsula.
