Opened in Spring 2008, The Barn at Beal is a visitor centre; restaurant / cafe; bird of prey centre and conference facility. Situated in the tiny hamlet of Beal - a collection of farm buildings and holiday cottages - this is an ideal stop off on the spur road from the A1 to Holy Island. In addition there are male and female toilets and good disabled facilities. It's position on the top of a hill affords good views of Holy Island where the majority of passing trade are visiting.
