Palm Beach County's oldest and largest public garden.
Tropical and subtropical plants from six continents grace MOUNTS' 14
acres, from arid-land plants to aquatics to edible landscapes.
There is so much to see as you stroll
through flowers, plants, ponds and even past a gazebo set romantically
in a small clearing. There is even a maze. There's a lot
to photograph here as well. Not just the beautiful and unique plants
and flowers but the hundreds of butterflies and an airplane or two.
Mounts is across the the airport and in the landing path of incoming planes. Young kids
get a kick out of seeing the planes fly so low!
