The San Angel Inn is a casually romantic Mexican restaurant located in the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot. The restaurant is situated on the waterside (a peaceful waterway for the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride is adjacent to the restaurant) and is themed after an authentic Mexican hacienda in a Mexican marketplace during evening hours. Guests can enjoy the view of the large pyramid and volcano with oozing smoke in the background. The restaurant is romantically lit by the glow of the Mexican evening sky and individual candlelights at each table.

The San Angel Inn is located inside the Mexico pavilion at Epcot in the World Showcase section - it is the first country on the left-hand side if coming in from Epcot Future World section. Park Admission is required.  Upon arriving at the Mexico pavilion, the restaurant entrance and hostess stand can be found in back right corner of the main marketplace area. Guests waiting to be seated are usually given a pager and can browse the marketplace shopping area while waiting.  If the wait is longer (ask the host/hostess), and the line is short, it is possible to sneak in a Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride whist waiting.

The Cuisine

The restaurant is open daily during park hours and serves both lunch and dinner and is categorized as "Special and Unique Dining" in Disney's dining system. The a la carte menu includes an authentic selection of Mexican specialities and dishes. The restaurant is also known for its popular speciality drinks including it's margarita. There is also a full children's menu for families.

Seating & Reservations

The restaurant has limited seating so Priority Seating arrangements are recommended, especially for dinner. The restaurant has a high demand for waterside tables, so guests requesting a waterside table should arrive early prior to their scheduled dining time to place a request and have a better chance at obtaining their preference. Priority Seating arrangements may be made by calling Disney's Dining Line at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463) or in person at any Disney Resort Concierge Desk or Guest Relations.
