This new restaurant which has opened in Scottsdale at Shea Blvd. and Scottsdale Rd. is absolutely fabulous. The restaurant is bright, clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Check out the colorful "flying pancake" murals on the ceiling. The food is super fresh and creative. Stuffed strawberry french toast, farmer's skillets, and spinach and gruyere crepes--just to name a few of the great dishes. The best hash browns! Always hot and neverending cup of coffee! The servers are super friendly and polite without being clingy. The restaurant claims to have "Squeezed over 1 million oranges!" and I believe them. The orange juice is squeezed fresh non-stop right in front of your eyes. The lines may be long on the weekends--but its totally worth the wait. Not unusual to see major league baseball players during spring training. Also, has received several great reviews in the local papers and is rated #1 for breakfast in Scottsdale by the Arizona Republic.
