International travelers fly into Tocumen International Airport in Panama City. At the airport website at

From Panama City, you can fly to Isla Colon or you can drive and take a ferry. If you fly, you can take a direct flight not from Tocumen International Airport but from Albrook Airport in Panama City. It is a one-hour flight.
If you drive, you should take the Panamerican road in Panama City north to the mountains. You will need ot take the road to Chirique Grande. There, take a water taxi or you can rent a boat to Isla Colon. There a ferry service but it is not recommeneded as the trip can take as much as four hours.
