Egyptians are a very warm and hospitable people accustomed to tourists since the time of Caesar. They are very helpful and immensely proud of their ancient history and recent history as well ,and will often give impromptu history lessons to visitors. They are fiercely protective of family,friends, and guests and generally have no problem helping strangers and many Egyptian people can speak some English.Egyptians genuinely want visitors to enjoy their time in the land of the Pharaohs.
