Ristorante Dino was established in 1960 by renowned sommelier Dino Cassini.    Today, the restaurant is managed and operated by his son and daughter and can be found in the Santa Croce area.

The food is inspired by traditional Florentine dishes with fresh herbs from the local countryside.

The family’s wine cellar is a collection of Tuscan wines as well as select international wines from France, Spain, California, & Chile.  Hundreds of bottles of wine have been collected over time.
