If you are going to be visiting the region of Campania, you can get there through several options.
The first, and most obvious, is through flight. You can fly into Capodichino Airport in Naples, and you will already be in Campania, as the city is the capital of the region. You could also fly into Rome and then connect into Campania if you wish to do so, however.
You can take a train from virtually anywhere in Europe and get to where you want to go in good time. The Eurail is very fast and efficient, and it doesn't cost a great deal of money either. This is the most popular way of getting around in Europe, especially with people who are trying to travel on a budget. You also get to see the countryside on your journey, which is a nice thing to do.
If you don't want to take a train, you could also get to the region by bus. There are buses that run throughout the country just like trains. You can get your tickets at the stations and then be on your way. You should make sure you get to the station early, however, to make sure you have a spot on the bus.
You can also rent your own car and drive into Campania, which isn't a bad idea because this way you can stop wherever you want to.
