The Klong Chao Waterfall in Koh Kood is supposedly the biggest waterfall on Koh Kood.

If you choose to visit, you can get a taxii to drop you at the foot of the hill and then you need to hike about 400m or 5 to 10 minutes walk through the jungle. There are small signs to follow to make sure you keep heading in the correct direction.

When you arrive, you will find a three tiered waterfall - two live streams feed into a peaceful pool that is great for a quiet swim.

Some may feel this is not such as a spectacular place (especially after hiking in to see it) and you may consider giving it a miss and enjoying the beach. But for those who do enjoy waterfalls, and are curious about this "off the beaten path" little getaway, it could be worth it!
