Patnitop is best known for a local sweet called 'Patisa' made out of pure desi ghee and tastes best when served fresh and hot. The other local food items are 'Kaladi' which is a kind of cheese made out of goat's milk. One may also try the 'Rajmah Chawal' at peerah which is on NH1A at a short distance from PatniTop.
