Sweet Magnolia House B&B
Ranked #1 of 1 Aylmer B&B and Inns
Reviewed December 19, 2013

This was my second stay at Sweet Magnolia, and I loved it. The immaculate home is easy to find and is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Brenda is a charming host and breakfast is served as if you're at a fine hotel. There are other nice features like fluffy bathrobes and good quality mattresses. The Aylmer area is great for a weekend getaway, with lots to do. I first picked this place at random and am very happy I did.

We spent last night in this wonderful B&B in Aylmer and it was by far one of the best ones we've stayed in. We had the Magnolia room with it's huge ensuite bathroom. Absolutely beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. Our hostess Brenda was very friendly and helpful everything you'd want in a host. This morning the next truly wonderful surprise was the terrific breakfast - there was no way we left the table hungry! "We will be taking recommendations on this place back to Australia with us.

Room Tip: our room had the ensuite bathroom but I think the others were equally wonderful

Wonderful stay at this lovely B&B. The rooms are large, well appointed and spotless. Everything has been thought out in detail, from facial wipes, Kleenex, shampoo, hand cream and chocolates! Breakfast was delicious and abundant from homemade cinnamon buns to fresh fruit parfait as well as an egg dish. Brenda is a gracious hostess and Max the cat a sweetie! Thank you Brenda. We will be back.

Room Tip: There are 3 bedrooms and all 3 bedrooms are more than worth the cost. You can not go wrong with any...

To start, the hostess, Brenda, is truly a welcoming person. It is what you want when you arrive at a B & B. Brenda welcomed us into her home and gave us an overall view of where everything was.

The rooms are large and the bathrooms even larger yet! Everything that you come to expect in 5* accommodations is here. Everything was sparkling and extremely clean. Decor lovely.

This is an outstanding property. Definitely would return in a heartbeat! Thank you Brenda.

July 28- July 31, 2013, my two sons and I ( ages 9&10) decided to take a little road trip down hwy 3. It was a nice little drive. We stay at the Sweet Magnolia House on Talbot St. A very charming century home. Brenda took great care of us. She made suggestions on places to take the kids for the day and where to go for dinners. The breakfasts were fantastic! Even the pickiest one of us just kept on eating. The next time we are out this end I will most certainly call Brenda again. Many thanks for your hospitality Brenda.
