It took a bit of questioning, as the menu really doesn't put the food across too well. But after a little research the short ribs were good, although the fish and chips plus tempura was a bit too much deep fried on one plate. The table next door had the flank steak and frits and it looked really good. Nice plate desert of small cakes. Great soup to start. All in all not stellar, but better than an average. Worth a detour from the motorway.
