Decent hotel, room smelled a little mouldy, but opening the window helped ventilate it. The rooms were clean, double bed on the small side, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and enough to chose from.

Have stayed here for one during a business trip. Got a warm and friendly welcome during check-in, also during check out. Room was according to the HI-Express standard; room size was o.k. Have had a good and relaxing sleep.
Hotel serves a good German breakfast (without warm dishes) with a lot good choices.
Left the hotel with positive impressions.
Me, my wife and 2-year-old kid used this hotel as a stop over hotel for 1 night on the way to Switzerland. The hotel was tidy but abit expensive if you're on a budget. The parking place was paid 7,5e for outdoor parking and 10e for the parking hall. It is located very centrally in the city center and is within walking distance from shopping street etc.
The breakfast was sufficient and tidy. I can recommend this hotel at least for a stopover.
This hotel was very easy to find, and is a great option if you want to stop over for a night (say after shopping at nearby Konstanz etc. or after heading to nearby Hohentwiel). The front desk was very helpful when we'd approached them, and checkin / checkout was quite swift. Their breakfast spread was nice too. But be aware that (open) car parking was not free though.
Nothing of special, nothing of bad...the hotel is placed at the first border of the town of Singen. You have some facilities close the structure, the town hall, a modern theater, some restaurant and (pretty important for me) a park and some naturalistic paths for having jogging or running.

We used the HIE as a one night stop on the way from France to Switzerland. We had three rooms booked for us six persons. The welcome and checkin was a kind of shakey. We were assigned different rooms than booked. Reason was not clear to me and there was also no communication. When I insisted to get what I have as booking confrmation (ihg booking and confrmation!), it was fortunately matched with the help of an additional person. What you should know is about the parking. There is an outside (small) parking and an underground parking garage because this HIE is attached to the convention hall. Parking garage has a surcharge even compared to the outside parking behind the hotel. The hotel offers bcycles for rent.
Rooms are ok, the HIE is a kind of older style (not the latest HIE line). Te bath rooms tiny. As usual in HIE, the double bed is rather small, here in this HIE not even regular Queen size. For one person comfortable, for two persons ok if you like to arrange. Otherwise book twin room.
Anyhow, compared to other places in Singen center, this HIE is certainly rather modern style. Lobby s big and we had (instead of going outside) some drinks and sacks at the lounge tables. Even with BYO bottle of wine for which we got glasses at the bar. Thank you for this. Beakfast is good spread of what you may wish in a budget hotel.
In a nutshell, this was well ok for us and the purpose. Compared to other HIE, there is a gap which is particularly the service level, communication. This makes it a coldish hotel. Unfortunately.
