“Accommodation gem at Margaret River”
Reviewed September 7, 2009

My wife and I stayed for a wedding anniversary long weekend and wish it could have been longer in this idealic spot. Cowaramup is smack in the middle of most of the wineries and 10 minutes drive from the Margaret River township. Hosts Donna and Rod couldn't do enough for us, offering tips and advice about places to visit and where to eat. All the guests were treated as friends by our hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the hosts have gone out of their way to provide little touches that set the accommodation apart from others. A gourmet continental breakfast of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, jams and muffins with tea/coffee provided a great start to the day. We will definately visit again.

Particularly liked this B&B because it was separate from the house. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome with very friendly introductions. The room was great. It was cosy and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious and included home made muffins. Our hosts encouraged the birds to feed outside the window where we were eating and our hosts were on hand to answer any questions. The free internet access was a great plus.

Really love this place, very homely with very lovely hosts. Thanks a million Donner and Rod for making us feel welcome. And of cos for the wonderful breakfast. Really missed those nice and warm blue berry muffins. Will definitely be back again. Rooms are very comfy, with wireless internet, toiletries, microwave oven, heater, electric blanket and pretty cutlery. The place also have a pretty garden. It is pretty even in winter, can you imagine how beautiful it would be if it is in spring or summer.

We stayed in Noble Grape for three nights to explore the Marg River leg of our trip. The location of NG is perfect- Just about 10-20 min drive to some of the most amazing vineyards in the Marg River region. There's also a nice BYO Italian restaurant 150m across from NG.

We stayed in the Queen room which was extremely spacious with our private balconey/garden. The room was made daily and the bathroom was extremely clean. As mentioned by other reviewers, breakfast definitely exceeded our expectation. Muffins whipped up by Rod were delicious!

There's a main garden where the BBQ pit is which gives you a clear view of the starry skies at night. Absolutely tranquil and perfect spot for star gazing and wine-sipping at night!

Donna and Rod were perfect hosts, assisting us with restaurant bookings and directions almost everyday. Thank you Rod n Donna!

*My partner and I were probably the youngest guests at Noble Grape during the period of our stay =)

My husband and I loved our experience at the Noble Grape. The location is perfect and the hosts, Rod and Donna, were sweet, helpful, and accommodating. This B&B is similar to a motel, in that the units all have their own entrances and there's a reception area. It is, however, so much more than a motel! The rooms are beautiful (garden/country decore) with everything you need. The dining room concept was a neat experience and the breakfasts were fabulous and healthy. Rod and Donna offered free internet access as well as a fully-equipped laundry room (drying racks, laundry detergent, etc.), where they so generously only ask for a minimal donation in the piggy bank to cover the operating costs. We truly enjoyed our experience in this warm, garden haven!

Fantastic experience. Good accommodation, wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast muffins were too irresistible - put inches on our waists! A must visit place.
