as a family we stayed on this campground right across the river park. The owner is very friendly, lives directly on site and goes out of his way to be of assistance to his guests. The campground is small, so no long walks to/from amenities e.g. These are very clean and there are bathrooms on one side where you can shut the door and have a whole bathroom for yourself - nice privacy.
Grassy lots with young trees bringing some shade allready. Laundry facilities are good. You can go to town by foot or go for a walk in the park across the road looking for the Platypus. Right next door the owner has a backpacker as well, catering to those that do not want to camp.
