“Like the cherries, but love the raspberries”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

We had coffees and a slice of raspberry sponge, with raspberry coulis and cream. Yum and double yum! The service was very friendly - a couple outside had two little dogs and the waitress asked if they would like some water. The ice-creams looked wonderful. There were cherries and raspberries to taste. We bought 250g for $5 and they were fabulous. Lots of nice souvenirs to purchase. Very clean restrooms

“Excellent cherries”
Reviewed January 26, 2014

In cherry season, they have some of the best cherries you'll ever taste. Most varieties sell for around $14/kg; seconds are $10/kg. They have a couple of mosaics outside to enjoy and two large cherries for kids to play in. Inside is a section discussing the cherry growing process as well as some artwork made from pips. You can sample cherries or order from the cafe. We had dessert, and it was nothing terribly spectacular. Despite this, stop to check out the non-cafe part.

“I wanted more”
Reviewed January 26, 2014

I enjoyed my pancakes (more like pikelets) and cuppa. The cherry ice cream was very yummy. But I was looking forward to more of an experience. Basically it was a cafe that sold cherries. The displays did not give me anything about how cherries are grown. A nice garden with cherry trees to walk through to enjoy would be an added benefit.

“Lazy Sunday morning breakfast”
Reviewed January 5, 2014 via mobile

A very enjoyable Sunday morning at The Cherry Shed. Just had a delicious "big breakfast". A plate full of poached eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms and toast. Coffee delicious. My friend had the cherry pancakes and cleaned her plate. Not only was the food delicious but the service was very friendly.
The surroundings are also fantastic with everything themed around cherries. While we were there we also bought some fresh raspberries and cherries. Will definitely be back...to try the lunch menu next!
