dont expect luxury, basic rooms with w.c and shower, but the views and the walks more than make up for it, the owners are very accomodating and friendly. Food very good, Worth a vist, if disabled person, not suitable for them, but worth a visit....

Room Tip: ask for balcony rooms

I am sure it is wonderful for 8 months a year. But not in winter. Rooms are too simple to enjoy inside. But outside is marvelous. I am sure the place is incredible any time except December to March. We will be here again in April. But now, we have to leave.

Everything's amazing here! The beautiful view of the lake, the natural food, and most of all, the courtesy of the personnel! It is definitely a place to stay for at least a couple of days. Thank you! We will surely be back here next time we are in this region of Turkey!

Excellent website in 3 languages tempts in the traveller. We arrived after dark and were.taken to our quiet, basic room. The fireplace would be great in the winter. The bathroom smelt like an old ladies bathroom, and not in a good way!

The restaurant was.buzzing...with hundreds of insects but if you sat away.from the lights.it was ok. Food was alright. The best thing about the restaurant was the.old fella who served us. Lovely man, very helpful and recomended us his favorite.things.
Back to the room...infested with mosquitos. Mosquito net.provided but staff did not mention anything about the problem. We.were.left to get eaten alive in the night.
However, the view in the morning! Spectacular. Breakfast (included ) was excellent and our old friend told us all about the local products. Beautiful jams and olives. It is so sad the place has just been left to fall apart. Amazing olive grove.with fig and pommygranate trees that.is sadly overgrown and tired. This place would have been far better with.some TLC.
View - amazing
Food - good
Rooms - smelly and.full of bugs!

Thanks David,

we adressed the problem with the mosquitos, there are now information sheets in each room. This year was an exceptional year, it rained all summer long. Therefore our ecologic mosquito treatment didn't work as supposed to.

We are aware about the condition of our hotel, we started already the renovation process, but it is a huge property. We are sure that things will be way better next year.

We are sorry to hear about your disturbed night and would be happy to invite you for a much more pleasent stay.

I stayed 3 days in this wonderful place surrounded by Olivetrees.
I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the surroundings and the kindness of the owners.
The restaurant was also very good, the breakfast fabulous and the service absolutely lovely.
It is a place that I will not forget and hope to see again in the future.
I would recommend it to all people who are looking for nature, tranquility, mountains, birds.
There's the wonderful Bafa lake where you can swim. The hotel can arrange a very
good guide for hiking in the mountains and visit some remoted
churches. if you're lucky you will spot a porcupine while hiking in the Latmos mountains.
There are also beautifull archaeological sites in the surroundings like Euromos, Labranda...
