“The worst resort on the island!!!!!!!!!!!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2013

This is the worst place I ever stayed at, nothing works even the HELP! This place should be shut down by the Health Dept. NO AC in your rooms temperature hitting 90 in your room, just a terrible experience. Don't book a room here. At one time it was a nice resort, but the owner took the Timeshare assessment money and disappeared! RCI should drop them from there Resorts!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Run! Don't book a room here, you will be miserable, I have no good tip to give anyone about thi...

Like what the others say...trust me and stay away...horrible run down place...no airconditioning, no towels, everything was dirty and worse of all musty. The front desk person is useless and even the tv 's dont work. When you book the room they don't mention that everything is under construction and noisy. Also the room mentioned that it came with continental breakfast which they didnt provide. When we asked them they just acted dumb like we were speaking another language. There are many more better places like Oyster Bay Resort, Westin Dawn Beach, Royal Palm Resort to choose from....really regret it. If you want to have a miserable and allergy filled vacation then chose this place.

The entire hotel/time share should be shut down for complete redo. Units are in need of everything new. The lobby has cats sleeping on all the lobby tables. The smell was terrible from them. Water all over lobby floors and in elevators from dripping swimmers. The maids did their best to help with units but the could only do so much. We were scheduled to stay for a week but left after 2days. It was terrible. Be aware that most appliances in the units to not work properly or not at all.

Room Tip: Do not go until there is a complete renovation

We have owned a studio unit at this location for over 10 years. It was a RCI GOLD CROWN resort at that time, now its a ??? Anyways, we stayed in bldg 3, 6 floor. it appears every thing has been painted, same old appliances, even though we have had 2 seperape acessments to replace them. Not enough beach towels, every time u asked the front desk the standard awnser was no or just one, so if your visiting here better bring your own beach towels. Rumors has it that resort has been sold, maybe new owners will restore its original luster and bring back some pride.

We stayed here for a few nights. The worst part was they didn't have functioning air conditioning. The place was falling apart. I best part about staying here for me was that there was a nice gym walking distance from the hotel. Nevertheless, I would avoid this place.

Really a bad service all around. Front desk they mean, room service was bad they girls was very lazy. They clean the room really bad, just because we was staying one more night. We didn t get the room we wanted,we called before and ask for a what we wanted, cause we have children and why pay to be box up with ur kids best i stay home. I from sxm and this hotel was fun to go to. Not any more. Or they give u a room with a jaccuzi that not working and when u call the front desk they more vex that u call them. Its like they know that they give u they room with a blem, some time no tv in the room. And if there is just couple station working.

We rented a 2-bedroom villa, which is right on the ocean, has 2 floors, and has a pool on the first floor balcony (very private). The idea of the villa is great, but the condition of the villas was quite poor. The appliances were quite outdated, as well as the furniture and everything in bathrooms - from sinks, to faucets, to showers, to bath tub. This place was probably built in the 80s, and it hasn't been remodeled or refreshed since then. There was a big leak in the bathroom on the ground floor, that no one was able to figure out and fix. There was no hot water anywhere but on the kitchen sink. There is no WiFi in the villas. The hotel charges $400 a night and they don't even give you a packet of coffee in your villa. But we loved the pool on the balcony and the villa's location and views! And the villa comes with its own parking spot, which is covered and right in front of the unit. The staff was very kind and responsive. They all tried to help with the problems that we have experienced, but it wasn't their fault. The place just needs to be totally renovated.
