I decided to try Spaghetti House after seeing it was open on YouTube post hurricane Irma. The service was bang on thanks to the friendly Maria. The food was very good but standard. Pastas and sauces. Don't expect the best of the best but still, it was satisfying and tasty. The highlight (suggested by Maria) was the dessert. It was a donut type pastry filled with a custard cream. This was something unique to every other restaurant I have visited not only St. Maarten but anywhere...and it was amazing. If you go to Spaghetti House, be warned that they close early around 8PM. There is also no inside tables. Take away is available and there is no dress code. One patron was dressed as if she just came from the beach. A safe bet and don't pass up that dessert. No reservations.
