What else to expect than such a warm place at the end of winding road in one of the most beautiful mountainous areas of Greece. The restaurant serves not only the ones who are lucky enough to stay in the Pantheon guesthouse (yes yes, book ahead of time to make sure you get your rooms!) but also anyone else who wants to enjoy tryly home-made dishes. As in every home, do not expect an endless menu. As in every home, what is important is the quality and not the quantity, altohugh I have to say you will get off this table totally full, but happy full! From starters to the main dishes and desert, all are cooked as they should be: with local ingredients by local cooks! I usually do not mention the names of people woring in the places i visit but Mr. Dimitris takes extra care of anything that comes in, is happening inside and what comes out of the kitchen.Everyone from the staff makes you feel as if you are served by your own family, with no pretentious or "touristic" attidude. They are are there becuase they want you to have fantastic food, served as in your own house. Do not feel reserved at all to guide you through their suggestions, these people KNOW their kitchen!!! If you go to Papingo and do not sleep + eat at Pantheon, probably you have missed a lot from this unique place.
