We had a wonderful stay. Harry, the owner, gave us a really warm welcome and lots of good advice about things to see and do in the area. The hotel is newly renovated and our room was really comfortable with fantastic views over the gorge. Breakfast was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here in June 2012! The owners were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well equiped with views from the balcony across the top of the gorge and over to the historic tower houses of Dhimitsana. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for exploring the area. The guesthouse had parking which is otherwise rare in the town. We would highly recommend a stay at Amanites.

Stayed at Amanites for 2 nights in mid-May - it is beautifully situated in Dimitsana, with views of the picturesque town as well as the Lousios Gorge. Breakfast is abundant and tasty, the proprietor bends over backwards to help you out with maps of the area, suggestions for activities, contacting tavernas to find out who is open for an early dinner; Dimitsana is the perfect jumping-off point for hikes to the old monasteries in the gorge, and Amanites is the perfect place to come home to after a long day's hike.

Have stayed in this beautiful village a few times and must admit that Amanites is
the best place to stay...its newly built, very clean, delicious home style breakfast and
the family who own it are warm, lovely and also very helpful people. Hightly recommend it to stay there even if u visit the next village Stemnitsa. Dont miss out on the most amazing bar-restaurant-cafe just around the corner from Amanites, called ' Tris Lalloun'. I would
only stay at Amanites again when in that area of Arcadia.

Room Tip: All rooms are new and tastefully decorated
