We arrived at the Hotel in a party of 6 and did not know what to expect!
After checking in( 11am) this was no problem at all.
Very
Friendly staff(except the porter) he was more concerned getting a tip! it did not spoil our overall experience ! Fantastic evening Buffet, inlclusive wine, beer, etc. plus a show every night.

We have just had 3 days in Aldiana Hochkoenig! We were 4 couples from Guernsey and we had a great time.
The food was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the accommodation comfortable and very clean, the location was beautiful, the entertainment fantastic, tremendous value for money - what more could you ask for??
Only one negative - " the white plastic chairs in the Piazza are awful"
Thank you Aldiana for a wonderful time!

Room tip: I believe all the rooms are good.

You don*t have children? Stop reading now, just dont go there. Too loud, not a space to hide from non-stop happy screeching and joyful animation, The only zone where one could hide - theoretically - is the spa because under 16s are not allowed, but that is hermetically and to the second closed apart from two hours a day - incidentally the only 2 hours when there is NO kiddy program.

You do have children, but you have weight issues, also stop reading and dont go there, the kitchen is very good and varied, one eats faaar too much.

All the others, do go there by all means. the kids are happy as little pigs in mud and the adults can walk around the fabulous Austrian alps to their heart content. The staff is super lovely and friendly, once one gets used to being called 'Du' by everyone.
One little tip, dont pay 'the little extra' for the (smaller) room with the extra space for the kid, as you will cost you not only the terrace but also the daylight.

Oh no! and single beds only in the whole hotel, not ONE double matras!!!! Makes you wonder what is up in Austria in that department...

All in a nice but a bit nerve wrecking experience.
