amazing climate, beautiful ambience, excellent staff. just one draw back this Heaven is 18kms away from the main munnar market.. close to Mahindra Resorts in Munnar. There is one Veg - Bhojnalay ( Oasis for People who get fed-up of South Indian food) this is 3 kms away from resort .. the restaurant looks shabby but you get good, tasty north indian food here.

The location is awesome! You will feel romantic when you look at the place where you are going to spend the next few days!! Apt for romantic holiday with your partner. I would recommend this place..

I went to Munnar in the end of January, 2010. I stayed in Holiday heaven. It is a good property and the cottages (they call them villa) look really beautiful from outside. But once you go in, they do not look that great. I mean they are very good but not as great as they look from outside. The rooms are small. The curtains were just out of place. They give you a TV in the room as well.

The food they provide is OK. They don't have a restaurant and food is provided at your cottage.

I think most of the hotels in Munnar are very costly, so they are justified in taking INR 3500 they charge per night.

I found hotel a bit amateurish but this is very natural since they are very new in business. The people at reception are very friendly and are good people.

I would like to recommend one more thing. If you are planning to hire a taxi for day tour or to Munnar town, try to do it on your own. If you go through some person, it will cost you more. Since every one has his cut.

And the mobile reception is pretty bad in this area. But not to worry if you have BSNL or Reliance.

We were here for two nights. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves being there. Just a chill on the top of the western ghat in mindblowing fogs flowing into your room to kiss your heart & satisfy your eyes with a heavenly feelings. Realy Heaven...
I would like to suggest this place to all the people for family, friends, romance, honymoon is awesom.
We had a wonderful time in Munnar...
Finaly, an excellent hotel with good atmosphere. Surrounded by dense tea gardens and spice plants...

Holiday heaven as the name suggests it’s a wonderful place to stay; worth its value we paid, lovely individual rooms, nice location, good and cooperative staff. Though they don’t have varied items in their menu but the food was good.
