We had a fantastic weeks stay during the Easter holidays with our two sons (4 and 7), and were made to feel very welcome. We really enjoyed feeding the sheep, hens, lambs and calves each morning.
The cottage is amazing well kept, well furnished and fitted out - from the dishwasher and washing machine through to the wood burning stove. You're staying in the middle of the farm, surrounded by the orchard and pastures - you really feel secluded from the rest of the world, which is just what we needed.
You obviously need your own transport to get around Devon - most of the local attractions are a good 20-30 minutes drive away, however Sandra can give you a good low down on what's happening in the local area while you're there.
