In my recent experiences in India, i could have never imagined such a beautiful hotel at this small town, palampur. Its worthy to mention here that i had checked in at a hotel in Dharamshala, Mcleodganj only yesterday and my wife and my children could not even put their feet on the ground. The wooden flooring in the hotel was broken. Thanks to our cab driver, Santosh who brought us to this beautifully kept resort in Palampur.

Westerners have long faced the problem of hygiene and service in Indian hotels but Sai Gardens is an exception. The rooms are clean and the boys are excellent in conduct. children are happy and my wife is comfortable with the clean linen and washrooms.

The traditional indian dance yesterday night was fantastic , we have last witnessed such a cultural event in Rajasthan last month.

Sai Gardens offers continental food which is a treat to every european . We have huge greens in the property and it gives a fantastic open feeling.

Wish them all the best. i will certainly recommend it for all my country men

Room Tip: Get a room in their cottage, its beautiful. You get independent sitting area which is a luxury.

Everything was great, rooms, service, staff, location. Really great weekend. Nice area to relax. The staff was very courteous and provided for everything that we asked for. We enjoyed our stay there and the entire team made it very special for us. Food was also very good. We stayed in the cottage, which is well maintained. The experience right from making the hotel bookings till the time we left was loads of fun thoughout. We stayed for 5 days at the retreat and the overall experience of fantastic. The staff is attentive and service prompt, very polite and adjusting. What marks this place out is just how genuinely helpful staff are. It's so open and welcoming with the resort staff truly making you feel like you were staying with a family. Highly recommended

Property is Poorly Upkept , Not worth the Money. Hospitality is missing with Poor service from check in to check out. The photos on web pages are misleading.

Room Tip: Don't choose a 2 bed room suite

Sai Gardens is a nature lovers paradise ...... specially for families and couples who love their time being within nature that is .... extremely unspoilt surroundings , ideal for a weekend break away from the hustle and bustle of city life , where one could possibly spend umpteen hours daydreaming , relishing the culinary delights and lazing around .... the resort staff went out of their way to make me comfortable . Chanced upon the resort while looking for a one night stopover in between Dalhousie and Manali .... its a hidden secret not many in himachal are also aware of !!

I wish i could have stayed on a few more days ............

Room Tip: Do surely get in touch with Ms Nidhi Sharma , who shall help you with the best rooms in the property...

Very Very Good property in every aspect. Last week I planed my Ring Ceremony Party at Sai Garden. Everything was so good and well organised. Food Quality was very very good, everyone praised food quality and other arrangement. My guest stayed In Presidential Suite and they are very very happy with the food Quality and also room services. Hotel Staff is very Decent & Very helpfull. Rooms are very spacious and good view of Dhauladhar Range and Green Valley. This property is located outside the Noise and Pollution where you can feel Peace of mind. From the Meditatation point of View this is the best place. Those who are planning to go to himachal must visit Sai Garden Palampur.

Room Tip: Executive Grand and Presidential Suite Both are good.
