I visited Moulton Windmill on a lovely sunny day. There was plenty of parking spaces and the staff were friendly and helpful (all of them were volunteers). The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the windmill and had helped in the restoration of the sails (which are only operational on a Saturday). You couldn't climb right to the top of the windmill, but could go nearly to the top. The views from the balcony level were very good. The upper stairs were quite steep and some of the turns were quite tight. The coffee shop sold drinks and homemade cakes and also windmill souvenirs. A lovely way to spend a couple of hours.
