We regularly go out to a new restaurant each month and finding somewhere to surprise and delight is the best part. We arrived very hungry so it was good to have the taster plate to start as there was a bit of a lag between courses. We filled the time chatting and though the restaurant was busy and full, the waitstaff were very friendly and the food was definitely worth the wait. After we shared a tasting plate for three, we had two tagines (vegetable and the seafood one), and with the serve of fried cauliflower (really excellent), we found the amount just right for two girls and one bloke, all of us being happy eaters. It is a great thing to eat something delicious and we really loved how subtle and beautifully melded were the flavours! For us, that was a real highlight. We shared the dessert plate for two between three, topped off with shots of coffee and rolled our way across the street back to the car, replete, contented and happy to have experienced Meeka!
