I booked on a whim for just 1 night needed a place to stay after visiting Petra and ended up here. Realized during check in I forgot shorts and they opened the gift shop just so I could buy a pair and float in the dead sea. Great lunch and breakfast buffet's (didn't partake in dinner). It`s my 3rd visit for this wonderful hotel in dead sea.I recieved with a perfect and cleanest room. Thank you for housekeeping for taking care of my stay. Special mention to Mr. Ibrahim who meets us and feel us that we are special and hear our needs. We always recieved courtesy call from the lady in housekeeping to check if we are fine. This Hotel Was realy Amazing. It is a big property with a very big swimming pool divided into a number of pools according to the depth of water, there are also another pool with a jacusy near to it. The water is crystal clear and very clean. Our Room was big and clean with a good view. It is realy one of the best rooms I have ever been to in a hotel. The lobby is very nice and luxurious. The Wi Fi network is strong and covers almost all of the property. There are also a beach. The breakfast boufet is good but I have seen better ones. The staff are good and helpful. The check in and check out process is fast and easy.There are also a private parking. All in All it is an excellent hotel. One thing was not good (There are a lot of flies bothering you when you are setting near to the big swimming pool). I hope the manegment will solve this small issue.

As you initially walk in, this is very attractive resort. It is also very big, so it takes quite a hike to get to a place from anyplace else, there are very few signs, and even once you know where someplace is located, e.g., stairs going down to beach, you cannot get there in a straight-forward manner unless you are exactly along the axis from the reception lobby to the pool and beach. I wonder about the architect. Anyway, that is only a small irritation. Much more important is the fact that we found our room to be quite dirty when we finally hiked there from the reception area. They did send someone up to do a quick cleaning but that could not be as thorough as needed. Also, we found some items in the room had worn out or broken, but they had not been fixed. The breakfast buffet was OK but probably ranked lowest of all those we had in 8 days in Jordan. While I found the water in the Dead Sea too warm to be comfortable, the pool was really great!
