I would like to thank John michel Bugasia for assisting my family during their stay in that Hotel.. He is very amazing the staff who's working their are all good they are trained and know how to make their guest comfortable amazing accommodation.....

Holy Land Pilgrimage 2019 (from Cebu, Philippines)

We arrived around 8:00pm.
1) We were attended to/accommodated immediately by the staff.
2) We proceeded to the buffet dinner and it was just so great that food was aplenty even if it was late already.
3) When we proceeded to our room, our luggage was already delivered.
4) They have warm and friendly staff - from the check-in counter and the restaurant crew.
5) Service is excellent and food is superb
6) Upon entrance, I immediately liked the place and felt secured and safe.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the Dead Sea are the best!

Spa was grate!

Abel and Marie Anne are the best!! I love the massage they give me and my husband. You should try it! The spa also has sauna and turco and great pools inside.

The attention was great! It’s one of the things you should do at Dead Sea

Restaurant Burj Al hamam

Excellent fresh and varied dishes with good advices from Ahmad. Thanks!! Quick and friendly service. Restaurant is well situated inside the crowne plazza complex. Comfortable and easy access to the dead sea.
