The hotel was in a poor state of repair. For instance, the plug in the bathroom basin required maintenance to open it as it was broken. The sheets did not tuck into the bed. The towels were small and threadbare. The toilet flushed at random times. Food was poor and the bread was not fresh. Desserts were not replenished when they run out. Most members on the Tour had bedroom problems.

Room tip: All rroms had a good view.

It’s really nice stay in tis hotel, it was amazing from all sides.
Thanks for reception team for the early check in, the for the restaurant staff for the service, the night party was great.
Will visit again and recommend any one t visit the hotel.
One problem is the flies

We stayed here the first night we were in Jordan for one night on our way to Petra. They scan your luggage as you enter for security purposes. The check in was smooth.

The hotels grounds are well kept and the pool area is really nice.

Our room was very clean but the bed was not comfortable, it makes noise as you move on it... not very great for light sleepers.
The bathroom was very clean.

Our room thermostat was broken so constantly blowing arctic cold air and we didn’t seem to be able to adjust the temperature, the front desk was not much help as it seems like it’s just how it works! :/
I deducted a star for lack of comfort in our room.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious with good variety.

The staff at the front desk, restaurant and the pool were all nice and professional and try to help and take care of the guests.

We went to the Dead Sea and Omar the lifeguard at the beach was very friendly and professional. Brought us towels, took a few pictures of us in the water and covered in mud to have great memories of Ramada and the Dead Sea.

OK let's start with the lows.... My room didn't have toilet paper or bath mat on arrival. The kettle was broken and I had to ask for it to be replaced twice. The curtain was hanging off the rail and the springs in the bed was very noisy every time you moved. The fridge didn't work either. Service in the Sunset Restaurant was very slow and 4 cats made constant attempts at poaching dinners.

Now the highs... The pool area is amazing, with plenty of seating and direct access to the Dead Sea mean you'd almost forgive this hotel anything. There are towels available at the pool and down at the Dead Sea. Do try the mud, your skin will thank you for it. Water provided in rooms daily. Balcony with two chairs and views out over the Dead Sea. There's also a really good Spa in the hotel. Great massage for working out the kinks.

Breakfast is very good with lots of choices from freshly made omelets and waffles to fresh fruit and breads.

We booked 9 rooms through direct through hotel.
It's really amazing hotel and service
All the hotel employees are nice, but I want to thank Abdullah for his extra care and for the nice rooms.
But we hope to include the drinks on dinner.
