Our stay was brilliant, couldn't be better. As soon as we went to check in Omar gave us a great welcome. We were worried as we had only one night and we didn't know what to do with our bags, car ect as our flight was very late the next day. Omar resolved all our questions, everything was very smooth and easy. We got upgraded to a suite with the best view ever, we were so happy, we felt very lucky to have him. His guest experience was excellent. I would like to mention also Quasi, he works in the swimming pool bar. He was always with a smile on his face, very very hard worker, the bar was really busy and he managed so well. We had to deal with him couple of times and it was perfect. Always happy and professional. Khaild was also another member of the swimming pool area that was excellent. He looked after us in the sunset bar, excellent service. Management are very lucky to have them working for Ramada Hotels.

On group tour every room in group had problems with their rooms,fridges,showers,toilets,door locks you name it . Tap water not
potable, they give you 2 small bottles & if you want more it's 6 x dearer . Meals very ordinary & very poor service

Got a suucommon open tezrrace. Suite was smelly and sliding doors couldn't be locked. That makes the suite open to anyone, just pull the sliding door and you are in.
Needs more maintenance regularly.
Swimming pool vacuum inlet cover was fallen due to the cap threads was damaged and not in place that makes any child or adult gets near by the vacuum inlet will suck anything touches the inlet and it was so so strong .

when we arrived they could not find our booking even after showing them my confirmation booking on email. It took us ages to check in which was precious time lost. Room and food during dinner were good however the drinks during dinner time are a rip off. We paid 8.50 euros for a bottle of sparking water

Ramada is not a hotel Ramada is a prison. Every entering or outgoing in the hotel they search you and your car again and again. They serves stair meals and stale bread. They dont clean your room. Towels and shampoo slipper soap is not enought (We were 2 persons but they gave then fot 1 person) Stag is thief they sells water 3 id by cash but it is only 2 id if you by credit card
