The hotel is designed in traditional Jordanian style with clusters of rooms and chalets. Rooms are well equipped and there is a good choice of restaurants in the "Restaurant Village". The spa seems well equipped, although we did not try it. A swim in the Dead Sea is a must, but there are several pools to choose from as well.

The hotel is let down by the apparent inexperience of staff. In the restaurants they did not seem to know the opening hours and servcie was extremely slow. The best meal was the buffet breakfast which had a wide range of choice.

My wife and I got a day pass for the hotel/beach use (50 JD each includes 30 JD for entrance and 20 JD drinks voucher). It is worth it, except we arrived a bit late and didnt get to finish the 20 JD worth of drinks.

We spent the bulk of our time on the beach and floating in the Dead Sea. The service there is very good. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We toured around the rest of the hotel and see that everything looks very nice.

Dont forget to order some Movenpick ice cream while you're enjoying the sun/pool/beach.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Petra. This hotel is really nice. Severl swimming pools, restrauants and a spa. Also has access to the Dead Sea. Room was spacious and well appointed. The restrauant was very good, with good choices of food. We ate at the buffet for breakfast...lots of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong by staying here.

it's second time after last year bad experience we had. but defiantly this time is the last time. it can be seen that the resort got some upgrade in equipment, especially in the restaurants. unfortunately the quality of food and service didn't become better. breakfast staff open said after asking at least five times for coffe "what you want the management cut staff down this is the best service we can give you understaffed we are" ??. what does it mean? the. Italian restaurant ha s a nice cheap menu in te Internet, unfortunately whe you enter the menu in the restaurant is the same but about 40% more expensive? how this comes? it seems everybody gets an upgrade for room on checkin?! but ending up in a standard room as upgrade! who you kidding with this taktics?

anyway we will not be back again. plenty of other hotels on the dead sea that might keep for the money we spent what has been promised

Arrived into Amman on tour about midnight so it was 2-30am by time we arrived. Excellent buffet breakfast- good choice of dishes. The rooms re in main building and then smaller units heading down to pools and ultimately sea at bottom. It was windy and quite rough so we did not actually swim, which may have been a shame. Room was comfortable, nice beds and bathroom but room overlooked the car park. Clearly an hour away from Amman so it is great for Dead Sea but need to travel on for other sights.
