I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! I loved every minute spent there! The rooms are great, the Breakfast was amazing! I was especially in love with the spa. Friendly staff. I was just sorry that I didn't stay longer and had to leave after only one night.

Stunning hotel, a great beach on the Dead Sea, BUT because it's the summer a few of the restaurants are closed, including the one restaurant where we received 10% off according to the hotel package we purchased. Not a HUGE deal, but the food here is incredibly expensive and it would have helped. When we mentioned it to the desk that maybe they should change the package that you can book on the website, they apologized (thank you!) and gave us a free bag of chips. Kind of comical, but hopefully they'll change it so that people over the summer can use the incentives that they provide.

Room Tip: We ended up in a smoking room so that we could get in there quicker - if you aren't extremely se...

I have booked two rooms in this hotel and having been there many times in the past, I am aware of how expensive is the food in the hotel, so I have decided not to talk about the hotels great facilities, staff, etc.. but to complaint and send a direct message to the management. Please review your food pricing policy , when a coke costs 5 USD , a large bottle of water costs almost 10 USD , a burger almost 20 JD , so if you have a family of 5 like I do , and visit champion restaurant , expect to pay over USD 100 to eat a burger!!!!!!! So guests like me and others instead of buying food in the hotel , we make the kids starve and spend the minimum possible in the hotels facilities . Meaning over 300 USD for us five to have lunch and dinner in the hotel, over expensive!!!! A great idea for the management would be to create family discount cupons , or some other idea that would lower the food expenses. I could see all over the swimming pool, families eating their own food , snacks, which is definitely a loss of revenue.

This was our last stop in Jordan and we spent 2 nights in this hotel to end our adventurous holiday with a relaxing break.

We had a pool access room, which was atleast 20 mtrs from the pool ! But pools are nice, rooms are good , not great.

Service is excellent.

Breakfast is wide variety , the only disturbing part were 3-4 cats roaming around in the breakfast area.

Had lunches and dinner in hotel itself, I think they have 3-4 in house restaurants.

The warm pool is excellent and there is adults only pool as well for privacy since the warm pool attracts a lot of children.

The slide is fun , but the end of the slide ends in a cold pool !

Walk to dead is downhill and atleast 5 mins from the room, but dead sea area is good, they provide shoes to protect from sharp rocks.

Dead Sea water is really very salty , and dont go after shaving otherwise your face will burn like hell.

Amazing experience to be floating in the Dead Sea.

Uphill walk is strenuous.

Overall a great experience and very relaxing.

Spa is very very expensive.

Usually I don't go to splurges but on the Jordan side of the Dead sea you don't have much of a choice and so we went to the SPA of this hotel. It's a dreamand very expensive (although Jordan tends to be freaking expensive even by €standard). Scrub+Mud+massage 174€. The place is extremely well furnished and with great taste, as you can expect. We had a great time and everybody was extremely kind and available.

We stayed here for 4 days. So much to do like spa, gym, pools .Great selection of restaurants. Staff go out of their way to help you. Very clean and pretty hotel. Decor is not over the top or poor. It was just right. So many choices of pools. Would highly recommend massages, which were done in a room with a view overlooking the Dead Sea. The gym is well equipped and very clean. The sauna and steam room was very spacious and there are little luxuries like cold flannel, mouthwash , body cream , toothbrush etc. There is a gift shop and a car rental place. There were no cars available to hire from any rental company apparently so what we did was to book a rental car via the Internet which we had to go and collect from the airport. Expensive to take taxis therefore renting is a better option. Hotel can arrange for room to have special surprise decoration ie flowers , balloons etc . Seems very safe as security were thorough .

We were extremely looking forward to having a romantic time at this hotel. This was our very last two nights in a long tripmthat included Miami, Sevilla, Ronda, Amman, and the dead sea. What better way than booking the romance package straight through the Marriott web site. We just encountered issue after issue and the front desk was extremely unprofessional in dealing with our issues. We had choices at the dead sea area and apparently made the wrong choice by staying at the hotel.
