It was really an amazing trip, me and my family enjoyed the resort and its facilities very much.
The swimming pools, Kids area, the beach, the restaurant and the food all were excellent.
The most thing that I want to highlight is the respectful treatment that we received from your team (all of them); however I would like to specially thank Mr. Omer SHATNAWI , Mr. Odai ALQUDAH, Ms. Farah and Mr. Yousef AL-SHAFEIE for their follow-up and interest.
Also I want to thank the staff behind the doors; chief and staff of the restaurant, room service staff, cleaners and the life guards for their wonderful services.

We have meeting at holiday in dead sea,excellent services and the lunch buffet was excellent with many choices , great staff with a permanent smile on the face,clean beach with high security, I recommend this hotel for business and leisure.

Everything was excellent..the services the food the pools the attitude of all employees there perfect..they are really professional like guest relations apartments,,they always look for Guests in all departments

Hotel with continuous arrival of tourist cars, best arrange arrival 2 hours before sunset to see sunset relaxing in the dead sea. The buffet is OK but the restaurant is to noisy, better have dinner on the terrace. We had some reservation problems, so our daughter did not have the room next to ours. The dead sea experience was OK with friendly staff.
