I really appreciate the quality of service provided by Holiday Inn Dead Sea, we enjoyed our stay there and the swimming pool variety and experience was amazing.
The quality of food is good, The sea view was very nice from the room.

I really highly appreciate the staff of the hotel from the moment of recervation receiving till get to the roomed, so I would like to mention in particular Mr. Obaida who has help in booking and get me to the world of IHG membership, his way of receiving the guest is very impressive.
The lounge staff are very friendly and here I have to mention the lady Bavarlei.
The house keeping is very good and improving.
The cleanness much than before, the pools staff are very friendly and helpful.
So in general the hotel is very good and comfortable to stay, hope that in the future the variety of the open buffet to be improve.

This is my all time favorite hotel in dead sea!! There are many large pools and one of them is heated (very appropriate for the winter season), the beach was very clean and had very clean dead sea mud, the lifeguard was even kind enough to show me where and how they exactly get it from the sea, there is also a spa (it has steam room and sauna) that is free of charge. The breakfast was amazing, it had many varieties and the service was very quick and perfect. The restaurant in the lobby sells the most delicious sandwiches and is not very pricey. If you have children, there is a kids pool with some toys in it and a very fun playing area next to the beach. The staff were truly the best, very kind, helpful and friendly. One small thing that I didn’t like was that if you want connected rooms you have to pay an extra 20 JODs instead of it being free of charge.

Me and my wife went there during mid week it was busy but not crazy busy.
In short, it's what you'd expect from a 5 star resort but the staff made all the difference.
From the main gate security to room service personnel, they were all very courteous and professional.
