I had read the reviews on here after booking and paying for our stay and became slightly concerned as some of them were so bad. All I can say is these people must have been staying in a different resort to us.
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at the resort.
Yes most of the staff speak Russian and German but the majority of guests are from these countries but when they realise you speak English, they go out of their way to make themselves understood, we had great fun with sign language sometimes. The selection of food was huge and varied, not always to our taste but again gave us the chance to try something new and we were never hungry.
The staff were fabulous and the worked tirelessly always with a smile. The resort was immaculate and the rooms spacious and comfortable. People complained about the beach bus stopping too early but for goodness sakes, it was walking distance, the reviews made it sound like it was miles away.
The entertainment was great and the nightly shows energetic.
This is a fantastic resort with something for all the family, I highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.More
