Used as a stopover before (2 nights) and after (1 night) a tour to Cappadocia.
The hotel is amongst many on a strip running down to Side and backs onto its own beach with a river on its eastern side. It is possible to get out of the complex and into Side by bus or taxi but we didn't try it, although some of our party did and found it fairly easy. The grounds and outdoor facilities are very well kept and the overall appearance is excellent. Our slightly tatty room was spacious and comfortable, very quiet, with a good size bathroom. The card key needed care to get it to work so I'd guess they don't often clean the card slot.
The restaurant was terribly overcrowded at breakfast and dinner, sometimes difficult to find a table. Serving staff were excellent, however, speaking good English and being very willing to help. Food was good both at breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of cold and cooked dishes. But they need to do something about the overcrowding!
Reception staff and chefs cooking food in the restaurants were less pleasant and could benefit from training in customer service.
It's a good hotel; only the restaurant overcrowding and some attitude problems stop it being very good.
