“A wonderful holiday”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 20, 2013

We arrived for our holiday a day late because of a 21 hour delay in Manchester however once we arrived in the hotel were impressed from the outset.
The arrival area was spotless as was the hotel throughout our stay, our room on the ground floor
enjoyed views of the sea and was of a very good size ,fully equipped with a most pleasant maid who visited every day and ensured the bathroom and mini bar were refilled daily.
The restaurant impressed with pleasant waiting on staff and an excellent selection of food.
Tip get in early for evening meal or leave it half an hour ,very busy.
Breakfasts had a selection to suit all.
outside the Pool is huge and i swam every day in it,the Pool Bar supplied all drinks and light meals but we found the Beach Bar better, quieter excellent food particularly the fish dish of the day.
The beach itself ,very clean ,safe swimming and cordoned from jet skies etc. always loungers available .
Entertainment good two shows ,Grease and Mama Mia considering they were in house staff taking part we enjoyed them.
In all we had a great time ,staff were obliging were ever we went and we leave with found memories of our stay.

Room Tip: Our room was on the corner ground floor with Alba Queen opposite and a great view of beach, very quie...

Location - On a lovely long blue flag beach outside Side with great beach walks either way although if you turn left and go 15 mins walk onto small harbour you will probably see the turtles swimming there.
Property - Modern + well designed. Light and airy and spotlessly clean
Service - Amazing welcome and several of the team remembered us from our earlier visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful that it really did make the holiday. Special mention to Mesut, Ilyas, Caglar, Kemel and Cazim who were all both excellent at their jobs and making us feel special.
Food: We really enjoyed all the food and also ate in all 3 special restaurants. The meat was especially good. The portions in the restaurants were quite large so you may not want all courses. There are also pancake and cake areas if you have room! What was really good was that the chefs themselves were constantly checking the buffet food and nothing ran out or looked messy - impressive as it was busy.
Rooms - We upgraded to seaview and felt it was worth it small balcony and great views. The room overall very comfortable and light and a reasonable size.
Facilities: Small shops (with all very helpful managers) plus hairdresser and indoor and outdoor pool. Entertainment was provided but in all honesty it was not to our taste - the other guests were mainly German and older than us and maybe it suited them more. The quality of the bars and restaurants more than made up for it though. However the highlight was the totally excellent spa which is simply not to be missed. We had massages with Cafer + Naime who were simply great,Osteopath treatments with Kayhan who is very skilled and could not be more helpful with us both longstanding back problems we now feel amazing and the hamman which was good fun.
Overall - A very relaxing hotel which we would revisit

A hotel we would return to. We asked for a superior sea view and were not disappointed. Situated in Block 3 we had a large Room and balcony, very well furnished, a jacuzzi type bath and everything you might need including free wifi. The sea view was excellent with the sun shining on the balcony from sunrise to sunset. The hotel matched the room very clean, friendly staff and total luxury. Breakfast and dinner buffet style, although you could book three al a carte meals per week with waiter service. We tried the Cuban and were not disappointed, the lamb was excellent. Lunch could be taken buffet style in the restaurant, with the waiters bringing your drinks, the Beach Bar or the Pool Bar, where the waiters brought your meals to the tables. Nice touch the free ice cream served all day. Large outdoor swimming pool, supplemented with an indoor pool, both surrounded by numerous sun beds. Short walk to beach again with rows of free sun beds. The animation team kept everyone amused all day. My wife and I tried darts and air gun shooting and after that we were treated on first name terms. Also gave us a chance to meet fellow guests who remained friends for the holiday. The evening entertainment was not West End standard but enjoyable and animation worked hard to entertain you. Wide variety of food and drink to suit all tastes and most days a surprise dish you would not expect, try it or not!

Room Tip: A superior sea view is well worth the extra.

Best all inclusive hotel in turkey that we have been to, Snacks at Pool Bar and Beach bar good variety. animation team great fun Petra, Lena, Leo and Adam Great to have around, made our holiday, They worked hard and long hours Well done guys.
No complaints with the food what so every something to keep us happy every day, ice creams every day (including cornetto's) and you didn't have to pay for them which makes a change as other hotels charge. Beds on the beach also included with no extra charge.
Only complaint I have is at the main restaurants in the evenings they run short of table twice while we were there and then people jump in before you have chance to get the next table available as they don't wait at the door like we did so kept missing out, guess we were being to polite, my advise to management would be have some one waiting at the door to sit people on the tables when they became available.
Other than that my husband and I had a great week at the hotel and are looking to go back again next year.

Room Tip: We were in room 3120 and didn't have a problem with noise, Pool and sea view, with queen size be...

FANTASTIC time for our Honeymoon. 19th sept to 3rd of october.
we could not fault a thing everything was perfect.
From staff to service, excellent food and lots of it, you will never go hungry.Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Bars and restaurants excellent. Al la carte... bundles of top quality food. Drinks very nice and plenty of variety
Pool and Beach to die for total luxury everything on hand and catered for.
Entertainment team we will miss so much they were so friendly and good at what they did the shows were excellent. We didn't do daytime activities but they never forced or bothered you to do things.
Staff knew your drinks within a couple of days.
We had room 1227 (right on the front of the zoo) the first morning we got woke up but after that no worries, we learnt to use the air con so we shut the door at night and could hardly hear them after that. The view from our balcony was beautiful, a full sea view and sunset too beautiful.
We had the full Honeymoon treatment room flowers everywhere swans and petals on our bed, bathroom decorated with flowers, basket of fruit and wine fridge stocked up
We met some lovely people from all over the uk and made some good friends hopefully we may meet up again one day.
I could go on for ever. The whole experience was fantastic we could of not asked for any better would love to and will be going back here!! .
