This restaurant's name and location do not give any idea of its quality. My friend and I are from the San Francisco Bay Area and are pretty used to good food. What Beatrix Salazar, the chef and co-owner, serves is equal to if not better than anything we have in the Bay Area. The soup, the crepe and the salad are made from only the freshest of produce - it was as if the ingredients had just been picked within the past hour. I could not recommend any restaurant in Costa Rica more highly. The host/co-owner is a charmer, too, just like his wife.
