We are 10 people family for first time after so many vacations in this country we wont go home.
When we arrived we have to wait 6 hours to check in with baby. The staffs on the reception was rude and don’t speak English. The beach area is small and don’t have enough sun beds. The sun beds and umbrellas are old and most of them is broken. You can’t bringing drinks on the beach, only water. It’s forbidden to take ice cream too. The security strictly watching and stop you if you wont to bring ice cream to your children on the beach. The children have to eat ice cream only in ice cream house. It’ s forbidden to smoke in most of the open bars, in the terrace of the restaurant. The food is so so. A lot of food but same and no choices. The gym start at 8 o’clock but 8:30 is still close, they’re don’t care if you waiting on the door. The rooms are clean but they don’t put water and coffee at mini bar every day.
Poor animation, one of the lady in animation teem look like he hate children.
For the first time we are so disappointed and definitely we not come back at this hotel again. It’s definitely not five stars hotel

I would like to say, the first 2days my property was labor camp, after 2 nights, Thanks, Conny from the reception the only person smiles at the front desk, for (Mustafa Argum), The reservation manager, please lock him in his Cage because, he doesn't know how to talk with hummin, pad attitude, Thanks for Mr Hussain shift manager, this man good but nothing in his hand, Stufe was good (Murad Edip Main bar, Adam and Samed, cart Driver, Big Ragab Pool Bar, For The Middle East peoples, better you book through Travelling Agency, half price than Booking.com and more cares. the seaside durty. The Room on booknig.com not the same as Reall Room.

Absolutely unbelievable fantastic super big resort
Every thing work perfect .............
Very good food .......
friendly staff ready to help evry one ...

We have recently returned from our 2 week all inclusive holiday from Lonicera World.

Initially we were put in a small one bedroom room with the tiniest bathroom and horrible carpet on the floor. We advised reception this is not what we booked - we had booked a 2 bedroom suite, they insisted they were full and nothing they could do. I went back a little later and said this was not acceptable, I showed them our booking and after about 20mins we were moved. It wasn’t a happy start to our holiday. We also payed a high price with Booking.com, would have been much cheaper booking with the hotel directly. Also I made a mistake with children’s ages, saying both were 16, when actually they are 10 & 16 but the hotel would not look at the price. I had emailed them informing of this prior to arrival but the did not reply - we paid £700 more than we should have.

The family rooms are better, at least no carpet on the floor, but still not a suite as I would have expected. The photos in their website are misleading. Our balcony was over kitchens we think as we could not sit on the balcony because of the smell. Very little storage for a family of 4, mainly one wardrobe and a couple of shelves.

We were situated near the zoo, which was noisy from around 4am on a morning, and I found it a little upsetting seeing 2 Alsatian dogs being kept in a small confined space. I just kept telling myself this was probably better than being a stray, and we saw quite a few of those.

The pools are amazing, the whole complex is beautifully clean, we did not see one wasp anywhere on the complex, and only a handful of flies. You do need to put towels on beds after 8am to get a sunbed around the pools, but there are plenty down by the sea if you do miss out, which we did a couple of days.

The entertainment team we cannot comment about as it is all geared to other nationalities- mainly Russian & German, very little English speaking in the hotel, which is tricky if you have a problem.

The food was a big disappointment for us. The breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the days were great. The evening meal was dreadful, mainly stewed meats, sloppy mash and luke warm rice. The salads and breads were nice but no labels on the salad items so it was a bit pot luck as to what it was. Evening meal was very canteen style, major rush, even the staff with their large trollies would not give way for you. We managed only one week having an evening meal before we just couldn’t stand it any longer. We are not fussy eaters at all but really struggled, particularly for the children. Even though the is a children’s buffet this is more geared for toddlers and even then the food doesn’t taste great.

The location is perfect, a 10-20 minute walk to some local food restaurants which were very welcoming. Shops, pharmacy just outside the hotel doors.

Security is great at the main entrance so you feel really safe.

If would only return if we could do self catering or B&B. Shame really as the hotel and pools are beautiful.

Things that i really loved in this hotel: animation team - these guys are amazing - from the early morning till night entertains, full of enthusiasm, etc. - big respect; food - that big variety, quality you can hardly find in any other 4* hotel; huge area with lots of pools, sand beach, aqua park; helpful staff.
What i did not like: room facilities (stairs as well), that are worth not more than 3*. It cries for renovation, smell in the bathroom was really bad, liquid soap is not what it supposed to be - it is more a water with a flavour of soap, and, as its mainly water, it even does not foam.

Summarizing - very family-friendly hotel, if rooms were renovated, would definitely came back here.
