I am half sardinian and I spend 3 weeks in Sardinia every year. Eating at Tore's place (Tamerici) is an integral part of it for severall occasions every year! His typical sardinian plates (Culurgiones...), his own wines and no tto forget the Mirto as a digestif. I have to highly recommend this place because they really deserve it, even if this means that more people will go there... :-)
