Due to lack of any other options, i booked at this hotel. I booked a single room at 95 euros per night including breakfast. Location is outside center, while is served by tram line 7 and stop is convieniently located across the hotel.
I arrived late at night and check in was smooth. There is a small bar and the concierge is the barman as well.
I was allocated room 703 which is on the higher floor, which is something i like. Nevertheless, i was really frustrated since this room is located next to the elevator moter. Therefore, is rather impossible to get a night's sleep. They do have earplugs.
I contacted the concierge and they were aware of this situation but they did not have other rooms. Definetely, renting this room it's just a shame. Breakfast is adequate.
I would not return.

I stayed for 2 nights in a superior double room and will definitely return. Great value for money. Yes, there is traffic outside, but it's in the City! And there was triple glazing so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. The room was uncluttered with modern decor. The shower was divine. The customer service from all staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent; hot and cold food, freshly made on site, including home-made bread. Within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel there were several bistros and cafes; I would highly recommend Brasserie Cochaux.

I slept here 2 nights with my girlfriend.
The room was poor but comfortable. A small cupboard at the entrance, a desk, one chair a big window. In the centre of the room, the bed with a nice neon panel which creates a nice atmosphere in the room when you play with the pink and blue colors.
The window, fortunally, has a double heavy glass and that's important since just in front of it there was a bus station on a crowed road. The curtains provide a dark room when you want to sleep, but the absence of airco and the constant noise from the street, creates a drama: sleep in a silent sauna or sleep in a noisy room? Once you have decided it, the second surprise: the mattresses are soft. Extremely soft. Too soft! You can almost enter in them! Clearly the made a mistake when they order them!
The bathroom is big enough. It is dark but the main issue is that it has no window.
The breakfast is very nice. You can have almost everything: sweet, salty, warm, cold... Perhaps the price should be reduced a bit... I cannot say anything about lunch and dinner because we didn't had it.
If you don't need high level comfort when you travel, I definitely recommend this hotel. It is cheap enough for a capital in Europe and you can easily reach the center of Bruxelles with a bus.

I stayed at this hotel for business, arriving late and leaving early so can't really comment on what the hotel looks like from the outside.

The hotel was fine, the rooms were large, with wooden floors which made it quite noisy from below. The bathroom was OK, although with three controls and outlets for the shower you need to be fully awake to work it out!

I was booked on room only basis and then paid for breakfast seperately, although it was very nice 18EUR seemed a little steep.

I got a room at 1st floor with window in front of the bust station. you cannot open the curtains otherwise they can see you from outside. soundprofing from outside noise is good (double heavy windows) but poor from inside, especially from the door.
Toilette is of a 2-star hotel: no window, dark, very small shower in a bath, poor and old material
Bed is too soft and I slept like a U.
At the check-out they told me that I had consumed 4 drinks. I said that it was wrong and they did not insisted, as they were just trying to charge extra money.
In the room there was a Netexpresso coffee machines with 3 capsules. Good !
Internet is provided through wifi and worked well.
TV screen is small (17 inches).
The Hotel is far from the city centre, although well connected with public transport.
price paid: one night 199 euro (out of reality !), 2nd night 89 (still too much for the quality).
unfortunately I booked late my hotel room in Bruxelles and I had no other option.

Room Tip: ask for a room off the street, if possible

This was my first stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, good drinks selection at the bar. trendy rooms, free wifi internet in the rooms. A little on the pricy side for the nieghbourhood. Far from the city centre. Good place of you have to go to the Belgian Radio and TV buildings.
