Great service and an extra mile from the sales team in helping us arrange our meeting at the hotel. Great meeting rooms by the way, would recomend it as the destination for corporate meetings in the airport area. Will be back.

Very clear explanations of the receptionist about the free shuttle to the airport and we loved the transport from the hotel to the company.
Nice and quiet rooms. Lot of choice for breakfast and good products.

Stayed in this hotel couple of nights this November and also a week 2 years ago. The difference is huge! Hotel needs to be renovated a.s.a.p. One day they even didnt clear the recycle bin in the room. Bathroom is small, needs to be renovated, water pressure is really weak even in the second floor. Breakfast is good, however do not expect to get coffee as long as you asked for it. Door card needed to be recharged every day as it was demagnetized. Owerall - no good value for the money they are asking for.

First the good news: rooms are fairly comfortable and clean and there is a shuttle bus that will take you to businesses in the area (the ONLY reason you would want to spend any time in the wastelands of Bruxelles) and to and from the airport (if you can find it -- the airport is not terribly well organised so you have to go downstairs where the public transport is and THEn there is a sign that says hotel shuttle buses). The hotel at least has direct connections to downtown Bruxelles, so no need to drive, as a bus leaves right in front of the hotel.

The hotel manages to be fair to midling on breakfast (always replenished buffet but dreadful coffee). I did not sleep that well in the bed because it was too soft for my taste but that might just be a personal preference.

My colleague and I (two women in a testosterone-laden place courtesy of proximity to NATO) had a drink at the bar which would have been quite nice except for the TV going at full blast. The front office staff seems to have a bit of an attitude problem (no single one person -- they all seemed a bit overworked) and maybe they could organize some better maps? I know tourists don't stay out there but sometimes, even business travelers want to have a change of scenery.

There is a nice restaurant down the road a piece (walking distance: 5 min.) called Le Lion Belge. Good food and a nice atmosphere.

This hotel smells like a 100 cats happily live there!!! It was noisy at night, too many ambulances going by...
My stay was horrible, we first got a standard room, but the bed was too small for 2 people, and we are not fat! We then asked for an upgrade for a suite... the toilet seat was brown from inside out; the bathtub was barely a meter and a half; And who still uses shower curtains on a hotel???The curtain kept on gluing to my body because the tub was so tiny (fit for a five year old).
I would give this hotel one or two stars, but definitely not four.
Breakfast was ok'ish'... The staff was always confused when we asked tourist related questions.
