Delicious brunch menu and lovely and friendly staff. A great place to have brunch with family or friends. It gets very busy so make a booking.

“Great for a weekend brunch”
Reviewed November 15, 2013

Great location - a hidden gem and always popular on the weekend
Good menu options and service
If it's a nice day ask for a table outside
Licenced or BYO (corkage is per diner so be careful you don't end up paying more than the cost of your BYO wine :-) )

“could have been good!”
Reviewed November 10, 2013

front of house and waitstaff patient, helpful, courteous; their service excellent. menu looked interesting, beyond the "same-old" with some twists and flavour inspirations showing thoughtful creativity. by-the-glass pinot and shiraz ordinary (?how long opened maybe?); the grenache rose just lovely, really truly dry with strawberry finish. plating average; lamb (?mutton?), chicken, prawns all, sadly, overcooked. and pancetta tough and hard to deal with: suggest either soft, or really crisped, not hard in a size requiring sawing. some of the desserts looked interesting, but by then all three of us were so traumatised by the noise, to which at some point a boom-boom dance muzack was added, that we paid and departed, deafened and disappointed. good location, willing clientele, and we had so wanted to like it!

“Delicious lunch”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

We called into this cafe while on a nursery crawl of Dural. The cafe was recommended by staff at another nursery. Parking was a bit tricky, but once inside we were seated quickly in a quieter seat by the door. Be warned, this cafe was noisy. Menus and water were delivered swiftly. After a while our orders were taken and then there was quite a long and hungry wait for the food. (It was a Friday and the pleasant staff were run off their feet).

We ordered from the specials menu - a prawn melange and grilled barramundi with asparagus. Both lunches were totally delicious. The chef has a lovely way with both flavours and presentation. Extra bread came as ordered. Despite being very hungry when we arrived, the main course was sufficient. The desserts looked very tempting though. This cafe is good, if a bit expensive. We would come again, maybe on a quieter day.

“Good food with slightly different twists”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

The food here is modern and is plated up to look really interesting. Every meal is just full of fresh and interesting foods. Service can be a bit slow but sit on the balcony and relax.
