We found the Halldis apartments in Marina di Ravenna vi the Booking.com website and were then in touch with Halldis directly. Be aware that the Booking.com website lacks important information!! The apartment we initially booked was directly above a bar and was very noisy up until 1am. This was not mentioned at all on the Booking.com website, although it is apparently mentioned on the Halldis website. Having said that, Anna, the local Halldis representative, went above and beyond to move us to a quieter place the next day. Anna was extremely helpful and deserves praise. But she was placed in a difficult situation: eg the Halldis website states that many of the apartments have access to a swimming pool (from 10th June). This was not the case. We stayed 11th - 18th of June and when we asked Anna about the pool she replied that "the Owner" hadn't yet made the pool available to people renting the apartments. This was awkward for her and the website was misleading to guests.
Other that these two problems the stay was very good, great location close to the beach and Anna was very helpful.
