Warm welcome, tips on walks, and they also rent mountain bikes, excellent breakfast - and wi-fi in the comfortable lounge (which is not mentioned on the website).

We took three rooms at the Firs Guesthouse when the family descended on Blair Athol for a wedding and we were very pleased that we did.

Our Hostess did an excellent job of greeting us warmly and making us feel very much at home. Our elderly parents took a double room on the ground floor (perfect) - sister's family including two teenagers took a family room and we had a double.

The full ranges of rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Breakfast was an unpressured experience as we took our time catching up and eating various well cooked breakfasts.

This family works hard to maintain excellent standards and should easily be flying a four star flag of anybodies organisation.

Stayed one night for the Highland games in Pitlochry. Enjoyed the hospitality as the owners were friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfest was very good in the morning.

A perfect base for holidays in the Highlands - friendly, cosy and great value. Traditional B&B with comfy rooms. Stayed here before and would go back.
