“Barbados Tapas”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2014

Open for breakfast and lunch daily and for dinner (tapas) on Tue and Thu evenings with booking recommended. We ate here once for breakfast and once for dinner. Very nice little restaurant with friendly (probably the best we encountered) staff and live music doing obvious but entertaining covers (Beatles, Elvis etc) for dinner. Tapas was ok but not fantastic but a very enjoyable evening.

“tapas and live music”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2014

We decided to try all the tapas available on the menu and were not disappointed. I missed the queso manchego and the jamon serrano, but their absence from the menu was probably due to their lack of availability in Barbados. Whatever I tried was more than acceptable even from the point of view of somebody who has had quite a bit of Spanish food before.
The real stars of the night were the three guys providing the entartainment, though. I think their name is 1359 and their selection of Sixties, Seventies and Eghties, music was excellent and they didn't use pre-recorded tracks, which have unfortunately become the order of the day in many restaurants and bars. At one point a toddler stole the show, dancing very aptly to Satisfaction and other catchy tunes.
So overall the experience was excellent and not at all expensive.

“Nice place for lunch”

Awesome burgers with fresh cut fries/chips! They also serve a good iced coffee, great quesidillas and one of the best roti I have ever had. The service is quick and setting is nice.

“great tapas evening”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

Ate here many times at lunch time and the coffee is good. We went to their tapas night on Thursday and the food was good and the band playing were really good. One of the best eveniings we had on our holiday and it was very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit especially on tapas nights.

“Excellent small open air restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 28, 2014

We ate here twice, for breakfast on the Sunday after we arrived, and for a Thursday evening Tapas meal. considering it's size and location in the Chattel Village we were amazed at the quality and range of wishes provided, particularly on the Tapas evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance of the Tapas evening was enhanced by the excellent '1358' group who provided an excellent show.
