Thought I would let everyone know about Patisserie Flindt in Holetown, Barbados. As I have mentioned before in a previous review my husband and I have been visiting Barbados for 18 years now, but I omitted to review Patisserie Flindt in Holetown. This is a small Bistro with a decked outside eating area with shade under umbrellas. My husband and I have been having lunch there for quite some time, and have NEVER had a bad meal yet. Their Mahi-Mahi is to die for let alone their cakes etc, which is mainly what Patisseries Flindt is all about, you will be spoilt for choice. Make no mistake, this venue is on the small side with about 8 largish tables outside (seating for 50). It is directly opposite the new Limegrove Centre, so all you have to do after lunch is stroll across the main road and go shopping girls!!!!!! To be fair, there are various cafe/bistros in Limegrove which we have tried, and enjoyed and are very good, but we always prefer to go back to PF. Why not look it up online, you'll get a lovely surprise. So if you are visiting fabulous Barbados, then give this Bistro a try - the far table on the right is ours so please leave it vacant - happy eating everyone!!
