Everything about this hotel is practically in ruins but it has a killer view. It is a small family hotel with 15 rooms tops. Each room has a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Cleanliness is not hotel's stronger side, neither are beds or the rest of the furniture. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from other guests. The owner and his son were always on our service, and the breakfast was great - you get a cappuccino, juice, croissant (with chocolate or marmelade), 3 packs of Buittoni, little butters, nuttelas and jams. You can eat eather on the hotel terrace or inside the hotel's restaurant. if owner Marcello offers you to cook dinner, you must insist that he gives you the menu with the price list (which he doesn't have) so be sure that he tells you the price in advance or he'll rip you off, but the food is excellent. You also have a restaurant right next door to the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember it's name) where you can eat. There is always a great atmosphere in this restaurant, great food, prices, charming staff, and you can eat and drink wine listening to the all time italian hits. Hotel doesn't have any music, which is in my opinion a huge minus, and the hotel also doesn't have a wi-fi. If you ask owner for the wi-fi, he'll tell you that he has a problem with the wi-fi, but that he's working on it, BUT there's no wi-fi. if you're in need for wi-fi, then go to Turrisi bar which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and also my favorite restaurant in Castelmola and Taormina, with great food, prices, service, atmosphere and the best almond wine, so I suggest you also dine there or at the restaurant next door to the hotel.
